ABOUT

Having been physically active all of my life enjoying various sports, when I reached 40 my body started to begin to show the signs of ageing, including stiff joints and very painful sciatica. A friend suggested Pilates which helped immensely and I haven't looked back!! My experience inspired me to become a qualified Pilates instructor to help others gain body confidence, agility, suppleness and strength.

I thoroughly enjoy the satisfaction and privelage of seeing my clients whom through consistent attendance and own personal effort have grown into more mobile, stronger, flexible, confident people. Why not try it and see the results for yourself?

 

I also hold a St Johns Ambulance First Aid At Work Certificate and a Covid-19 Rehabilitation Certificate.
